What do we ask of you?
16 years or older.
No minimum education or experience is required.
You understand Dutch/English, so you have a good understanding of the safety instructions and orders in the voice picking system.
You can start between 06.00 - 09.00. The end time is flexible and varies each day. This depends on the number of flowers and plants to be processed.
You are at least 1.65 m tall so that you can also reach the upper barrels (buckets) with flowers to put them on the carts.
You are in good physical condition.

How much do I earn as a Logistics Employee?
Starting salary per hour:
As of 20 years: € 13.00
19 years: € 11.00
18 years: € 10.00
17 years: € 9.00
16 years: € 8.00
NOTE: You earn up to 2x more than the minimum wage! So you can earn as much with us in 4 hours as with another company in 8 hours.

What will I be doing as a Logistics Employee?
As a Logistics Employee at Royal FloraHolland you will be at the center of a dynamic logistic process and help deliver those beautiful flowers and plants to the customer on time.
At our location in Naaldwijk you will be orderpicking in the cooling section (2-8 degrees).
You will drive around in an electric cart.
You will be given instructions on which flowers to deliver where via a headset.
You will work with many helpful colleagues in a hall full of flowers.
Together with your team, you ensure satisfied customers.
How many hours can I work per week?
Up to ± 20 hours per week.
The working days are from 06.00 - 11.00 hrs and in busy periods this can extend to 12.00 hrs.
You can start between 06.00 - 09.00 hours. The end time is flexible and varies per day. This depends on the number of flowers and plants to be processed.
Do I need to have experience as a Logistics Employee?
No, there is no minimum education or experience required.
We give you extensive training and then you are ready to go to work!
Will I get a travel allowance?

0 to 10 km: No allowance
10,1 to 15 km: € 3,10
15,1 to 20 km: € 4,34
20,1 to 25 km: € 5,58
25,1 to 30 km: € 6,82
30,1 to 35 km: € 8,05
35,1 to 40 km: € 9,29
40,1 to 45 km: € 10,53
45,1 to 50 km: € 11,69
50,1 km and above: € 12,85
If you travel with a public transport route card or OV annual pass and the annual subscription costs are higher than the allowance you receive on the basis of the commuting allowance, you will be reimbursed for the difference (up to a maximum of 40 OV kilometers per one-way journey).
What does the application process look like?

Step 2 The system will schedule an appointment with a Recruiter for a preliminary interview (1st selection interview).
Step 3 If the interview with our Recruiter is positive, you will receive an invitation for the selection morning on location.
Step 4 Selection morning on location: introduction and explanation of the work and an interview with one of our Team Managers.
Step 5 After a positive selection morning, you will receive your contract and you can get to work as our new colleague as soon as possible!
Screening is part of the application process, this includes providing VOG.
